Kapurthala, July 17
Deputy Commissioner Akash Bansal on Friday assumed the additional charge as the Administrator of Kapurthala Municipal Corporation.
Soon after taking charge, he convened a meeting with Municipal Corporation officials to review the status of ongoing development works and assess the delivery of civic services across the city.
The Deputy Commissioner said that no inconvenience would be allowed to citizens in availing civic and administrative services, and directed officials to ensure efficient delivery of public services. He also appealed to city residents to report about potholes, civic issues, or any other grievances on the district administration’s helpline 01822-233777 so that timely redressal can be ensured.
