During the inspection, Dr Chabbewal personally reviewed the quality of the road work and interacted with residents of the adjoining localities to seek their feedback. He urged the residents to remain vigilant and keep a close watch on the ongoing work, saying that people’s participation and feedback were important to ensure transparency and accountability in development projects.
Dr Chabbewal directed the officials of the Punjab Mandi Board to maintain strict supervision over the repair work and ensure that only quality material, as per prescribed specifications, was used.
