In view of the preparations for the upcoming Assembly Elections, a special training programme on the NextGen Portal was held for the Heads of Departments (HODs) of various State and Central Government departments in district administrative complex.
The training programme was organized under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Akash Bansal and under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Ravinder Singh Arora and NIC District Informatics Officer Sahil Khatri.
During the training, Jagdeep Jammu provided detailed information to the participating officers regarding the use of the NextGen Portal and manpower management for election duties. Assistant Commissioner Ravinder Arora directed all departments to ensure complete entry of the data of all their officers and employees on the portal.
District Informatics Officer Sahil Khatri addressed queries related to NextGen manpower management and resolved the doubts of the participating officials.
Election Tehsildar Amarinder Singh stated that the main objective of the training was to ensure systematic, efficient and technology-enabled manpower management for the forthcoming Assembly Elections.
On the occasion, District Coordinator Sunil Bajaj, Rajbir Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Kanchan Nagi and Sandeep Singh also made valuable contributions to the successful conduct of the programme.
